Made from the best Mother Earth has to offer: water from historical French springs and sustainably grown grapes from the Cote-d'Or. The Pinot Noir grapes and Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted, partially de-stemmed and fermented in French Oak open-top vats for more than 20 days. The wine is then aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months for this unique bottling of vintage vodka. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times. The subtle nuances of wine and terroir are the hallmarks of JCB Vodka. Made once each year, this limited production spirit is crafted for exceptional and discerning connoisseurs.
